Although the hour started out weak, this episode evolved into a very strong offering from the show. All the characters interacted in excellent ways and stayed true to their characters in the process. I also loved that probably for the first time in a long time, the voice-over was not corny or cheesy. In fact, it made perfect sense and gave excellent closure to a truly memorable hour. Each character got their moment to shine (too many to count) and that’s all one could ask for from a Modern Family episode.
